Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering and screening the incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors
- Handle general administration duties such as filing & record updating, data entry, travel arrangement, office supplies, facilities & equipment maintenance, etc
- Prepare payment requisition and general expenses reimbursements
- Coordinate all mails and courier services
- Coordinate the environmental cleanliness especially the reception area, and meeting rooms;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to operations and business needs
- Provide field support if necessary
Requirements:
- F.5/ DSE or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is preferred.
